Monday, August 28, 2023 - Believe it. This is an incredibly well-built wine that is aging slowly and gracefully into a beautifully balanced wine that will last another 10 plus years in bottle. Nice acidity, soft balance and a wonderful mouthfeel with the pork chops, mashed potatos, and buttered-garlic green beans tonight with Katie and Tim.
