Tuesday, December 15, 2020 - On the meaty side of the spectrum after a two-hour decant. Bacon fat, beef blood and a nice side of black pepper to keep things interesting. Think Lawry’s prime rib. End cut. Dark fruits and apricots emerge with some time in the glass. I’d wait a few more years on this one. Drink 2023 to 2033. Worth Seeking Out.
