Monday, November 20, 2023 - 2023 disgorgement. Red coppery colour. Strawberries on the nose. Medium to full bodied, dry, with a lovely rounded mouthfeel, and more strawberries on the palate but not at all sweet. Nicely balanced with some persistence on the finish. Overall - v good.
