Wednesday, December 30, 2020 - German Riesling from Rheingau. 12,5 % alcohol.

Beautiful golden color.

Aromas of oriental spices, pear and honey. Flavors of lemon, pear and minerals. When paired with food, there is a distinct flavor of saffron.

Dry. Medium body. Fresh acidity. Very good balance and structure. Elegant. Complex.

Long finish with minerality and lemon.

An excellent Riesling. 95/100
