Saturday, October 21, 2017 - 10/21/2017 SPC Class WK7: Italy // Southern: opaque garnet color. Moderate aroma intensity showing some age. Blackberry, black pepper. Dry, medium bodied lively acidity and medium/astringent tannins. Moderate flavor intensity: pruney and jammy. Long finish. Nicely balanced - went well with asiago and pesto.
