Saturday, January 23, 2021 - Nose not real strong. Flavor is not as sharp as I expected. Good fruit maybe almost to much, and rather light. The grape (cannonau) is uncommon around here and not a flavor much to my liking. Tannins a bit strong but not as much as it expected from other comments. We decanted 1.5 hrs early and that may have contributed to it's smoothness
