Sunday, June 7, 2020 - #67fromhome - lighter flavours, very long with picking until DEcmber so the triage is great each time, end result is orange marmalade with less sugar, balanced but less sweet. Acidity still present, but not what standard Sauternes one would expect, proving there is more to the region than sugar bombs.
