Saturday, April 6, 2013 - Cherry with some really good meaty, tarry, earthy wildness to it, and a bit of barnyard. The funk blows off a bit with some air. Delicious, characterful stuff. Tasted blind, I was pretty sure it was some sort of Burgundy. Thanks Alyssa and Brett!
