Saturday, April 8, 2023 - 9 years of bottle age brings smooth tannins surrounded by red stone fruit. Add sirloin steak with Canadian Steak Seasoning, Roasted Pablano Peppers, and Jarlsberg Swiss Cheese and you have a marriage made in Heaven.
