Wednesday, February 28, 2018 - Medium nose shows tart cherry, light earth, raspberry, rose stems, could use some more air (out of Coravin). Palate gives nice layers of bing cherry, sour cherry, cranberry, dried raspberry, hint of mushroom, light herbal tones. Structure behind gives medium light tannins, medium plus acidity, does well there. Finishes maybe a little too dry showing it's youth.
