Wednesday, March 20, 2024 - Decanted for 30+ minutes. Medium+ garnet-ruby in colour. Nose of figs, blackberries, red cherries, along with some sandalwood and unripe apple peels. On the palate, getting some peppery kirsch, provençal herbs, some garrigue, plums, and iodine are noticed; some tannins noticed. Medium bodied with a medium+ finish. Very nice, wish I have another bottle to try again 2-4 years which I believe will be its peak.
