Vibrant color with a bit of bricking on the edges. Moderately opaque. Terrific nose of red fruit with some cigar box or cedar. It follows in the mouth with more of the same, medium bodied. Quite long. Tannins are soft, acidity still holding this up. This is a 5th growth, and actually drinks like it- it's better than your average unclassified wine, but not quite up to the level higher growths. Well done for this Chateau.
