Sunday, January 1, 2023 - This had a really dark colour. Currant and stony mineral nose right away, but then I was getting a real whiff of wet newspaper and I was worried it might be corked. It had tannins though and a nice finish. I only had a glass and a half and then had the rest the next day. Incredible! It had really opened up and became so nice, I was glad I was alone and didn't need to share it. It had lovely leather and black fruits and molasses. Actually begged for food still. Great job Adrian!
