Saturday, March 25, 2023 - Had pretty average expectations, thinking we might have let this one go too long and we were right. Color is browning. Lots of the savory characteristics coming out - mushrooms, green peppers, maybe some hints of dark fruit left, but not much. I think this is past it’s prime, we had it with some chocolate, maybe it would compliment some meat or something better?
