Friday, March 19, 2021 - Edit: 55 was a mistake, not sure what happened. Thank goodness we have another bottle of this as it was so smooth. We did aerate for about an hour (before I read others notes) and I’m glad we did. Not a wine connoisseur but I do love a nice red and this one hit the spot with my ribeye.
