Friday, November 10, 2023 - Pale gold, nose of biscuit, dough, lemon, green apple, red apple, nuts & smoke. Medium body with light mousse. Strong acidity. To taste dough, yoghurt, lemon, lime, peach, pear, apple, raspberry, redcurrant, nuts, honey & toast. Long finish. Outstanding. Fresh but real depth and range of flavours with plenty of complexity.
