Monday, July 31, 2017 - Deep blue red colour. Dark plums and leather on the nose. Taste of dark plums and blackberries with hints of vanilla. Long and fruity taste with hints of herbs in the finish. Goes well with pork or veal, might even go well with chocolate on a cold autumn night.
