Friday, July 1, 2016 - Medium golden coloured. Medium(-) and developing aromas of apricot, mango, with lots of honeysuckle and propolis. Medium sweet, high acidity, medium(+) body, low alcohol, medium(+) flavour intensity of stone fruits, candied fruits, citrusy too, as well as honey and wet stone. Medium(+) length. Very good quality. Many acids to balance the sweetness. Elegant and concentrated mouthfeel with lengthy finish. One of the best Auslese I have tried so far and I'm sure the wine has a long way to go.
