Saturday, September 12, 2015 - Decanted from a magnum, the wine showed a beautiful glowing gold. The nose is dominated by dried fruits (apricot, pineapple, pear, ...), flowers and honey. In the palate, the nose impressions are confirmed with layers of pate de fruit, spice and maquis. I regret a too timid acidity.
