Friday, December 11, 2020 - Popped and poured. In the glass, a pale straw color. The nose was incredibly fresh, like a cool breeze on a Spring day. Notes of pomelo, kiwi fruit, and wet stone. On the palate, orange bitters, kumquat, lemons...seemingly all of the citrus fruits. Great acid contributes to a long, clean finish. I found this to be a more expressive showing than the last bottle, nearly 18 months ago.
