Saturday, January 2, 2016 - Upon opening there was little to no nose, we had thought it might have even turned.
After decanting for about 3 hours it began to open to reveal a subtle aroma and taste of cherries. Very structured. Probably could have benefited from a far longer decanting. Ready to drink ASAP
