Sunday, August 12, 2018 - Very oaky sweet red in style of port, vin doux natural. A solid amount of depth, not unusual for solera system wines, but also heaps of oak and tannins. The tannins offset the sweetness rather than acidity, but the overall effect is very pleasant for us - but we love oak.
