Sunday, February 17, 2019 - This is open for business if decanted for a lengthy time, (8 hours this time out, ) and starting to display secondary characteristics. The nose is a little restrained, but deep with dark berry fruits and cedar. With some time in the glass, the palate is developed and multi layered with great depth. The finish is 30 seconds plus and well balanced. I am very against drinking wine too early, but I have no problem with starting to enjoy this on an annual basis.
