96 Points

Sunday, June 7, 2020 - Right out of the bottle: Aromas of cedar, blackberry, and some earth. Softened tannins, dark fruit, spice, and some leathery tertiary notes on the palate. Spice ramps up in the long finish.

After a few hours to open up, the fruit is much more noticeable on the nose. More acidity and earthy/tar notes on the palate, well balanced with fruit, spice, and tannin.

Excellent concentrated flavors, medium body, long finish.
