Wednesday, March 1, 2023 - Nose shows red raspberries, cherries, sandalwood, and a bit of sawdust. Bright raspberry and lingonberry fruit with sassafras, a bit of cotton candy, and a long line of acidity leading to dusty soil and iron. Pillowy tannins on the finish with dried cherries, cranberry, and birch bark with a the tannins lingering for a long time. A sophisticated CdP with and elegant style. Drink over the next five years.
