Friday, October 27, 2017 - I expected more of a rustic style wine with some meaty and earthy flavors. Instead, what I got was a bright, fresh, juicy style of Cabernet that is varietally correct, balanced, and well made with good purity. Medium ruby color with some earthy aroma notes. The silky texture to this wine surprised me. Overall this wine didn't change much after two days.
