Sunday, January 1, 2023 - Decanted three hours. Smooth, creamy, extremely elegant, almost feminine in its seemless harmony. It's a Burgundy-lovers Côte-Rôtie, still too young to show real terroir, but with with plenty of concentration too keep for many years.
