Saturday, September 2, 2017 - 85% Glera, 10% Pinot Bianco, 5% Verdiso grown on clay-laden earth with a subsoil of marine sandstone, known as "crede". Charmat method. 11.5% Abv.

A(ccuracy)=2: Bright straw yellow. Citrus, floral. Frizzy mousse.
B(alance) =2: Tangy acidity dominant with fruit holding its own.
C(omplexity)=2: Green apple, pear, hint of chalky mineral.
D(epth) = 1 : Crisp and short sharp finish.

Wine Tally Score [2,2,2,1]=7/10

Minimal "processed" mouthfeel common in Proseccos.
