Friday, May 31, 2019 - CC. Bottle from Drouhin auction purchased for HK$160k. Guess provenance does matter. Crazy lift aromatically. Orange peel and coffee on fully resolved but so sweet and intense palate. Wow.
6/2/2019 6:02:00 AM - Nice note - I was really happy to read that as I have a magnum in my storage unit which I keep coming up with excuses not to open. I think the cork will get popped on Xmas eve. Did it open up right a away or was it musty as first and needed to decant for a while. I would be appreciative of any advice you can give me.
