Saturday, April 16, 2022 - 94% Cab Sauv and 6% Merlot. Just entering it's drinking window. Big, bold, dusty and chewy tannins. Blackberry, blackcurrant, mocha, pencil lead, raspberry, violet. Would pair wonderfully with a juicy steak.
