Sunday, May 3, 2020 - Apple, chamomile, tons of minerals, citrus, and a bit of leather on the nose. High, mouth smacking acidity with lemon, tart apple, chalk, and white flowers on the palate. Great finish. Really young and a tad too acidic right now. I hope this integrates a bit over time, because the wine is fantastic, maybe just not for drinking right now. 93+
