Wednesday, June 29, 2022 - Colour: dark purple / red
Nose: Blackberry, plum, vanilla
Palette: Plum, milk chocolate, blackberry, pepper, nutmeg, cedarry tannins to finish.

Very, very fruit driven.
But still after 7 years very rich, so the tannins, though only really appearing at the finnish are doing their job.

The slightly greenish finish works against it, but the fruit overload makes me think it will improve as the fruit and tannins combine.
Then again, I could be completely wrong and one or the other will dominate and stuff it up completely!
