Friday, November 10, 2006 - Very nice. Oxidized at first, then opens and fills nicley, encompasing the palate with fruits, minerals, earth, and chenin funk. Becomes fuller as the honey notes grow and packs on weight. Complex stuff the way it surrounds the tongue almost like stereo. Their was a bit of bottle variation between the 2 bottles I had.
