Wednesday, May 26, 2021 - I had it upright at 70F for above 3 weeks, in the morning I placed it upright inside the cellar at 55F, opened for 30 min inside the cellar, double decanted for 10 min and drove to the restaurant to consume in a 3 hours span...
The wine is big and bold while kipping a good harmony between fruit, tannin and oak. Plenty of dark notes with a sensational finish. I will give it a solid 93 points but considering the price paid for this magnum I'm giving out a bonus point.
I don't see any need to drink now, I have 3 more bottles which I will be drinking at a peace of one per year or so...
