Friday, December 9, 2016 - Drank at our work Christmas party in Munich at Masushita in the Mandarin Oriental. Young and intensely mineral, almost flinty, nose. Similar crisp and really refreshing palate that matched perfectly with the sushi and especially with the truffled shredded raw kohl-rabi. This has all the components to age beautifully for a couple of decades but it's already damned delicious.
