Saturday, December 30, 2017 - PNP: Medium ruby with bricking rim to the eyes, some very fine deposits. On the nose a great selection of fresh wild red berries (like hawthorn and raspberries) that slightly on the cool side and a little dusty and savoury.

On the palate highly mineral, with slight petillance (unexpected but adds to the freshness) backed up by good, vibrant acidity. Silky tannins and nice finish with a touch of spice.

Would be able to hold for another 2-3 years for sure but not seeing more potential for further development. Drink now.
