Thursday, July 16, 2015 - White Burgundy Blind: Dead or Alive? (Home of Chef Andrew Plummer, East Greenbush, NY): Amber color. No nose. Lightly oxidized, but still appealing. Now that I see the vintage, this one is probably right for its age, not premoxed.
