Tuesday, March 2, 2021 - Very creamy with a round texture upon initial opening. Tasted like a different wine after being opened for 90 minutes. More angular with an absence of that creamy texture. Acidity and red fruits are highlighted in this medium-to-full bodied beauty. The wine ends with a long and pleasing finish.
Becca much preferred this wine during its first hour while I preferred it after exposed to air. Have another bottle and plan to leave it for a few years.
