Monday, August 21, 2017 - First off, this red blend is 50% Petite Verdot. A bit of a rarity in California and I love seeking out mostly Petite Verdot blends because frankly, you get a unique flavor profile. It's like roasted plum or blackberry. A savory fruit that is really unique and hard to stereotype. So good, so unique, so delicious.
