Friday, July 11, 2014 - I drank this wine at le Bernadine in NYC. It had a 1 cm fill, a medium deep yellow center, and clear rims. The medium+ intensity nose featured lemons, white stone, and some almond paste.

In the mouth, this wine started out strong and improved nicely with air. It had great crispness, a lovely long stoney finish, and some richness.

While this wine is clearly at its peak, it should last for 5 or so years. Enjoy this Premier Cru quality wine when you can!
