Tuesday, March 22, 2022 - Drinking beautifully right now. Might even have a year or two left in it. Nice deep ruby color, with complex red and black fruit and some cocoa on the nose. On the pallet, acid is still there but starting to fade, the black fruit and red fruit are showing signs of development and even some stewiness on the backend. Perhaps even a bit of pepper on the finish. Nice Medium plus finish. And well worth opening now. I know I said it could go another year two but really don’t know that it will get a lot better at this point. Drink ‘em up if you got them.
