Tuesday, December 4, 2018 - As expected, this comes across as fairly sweet - the label appears to say it only has about 6 g/l residual sugar but that can't be correct and it is a bit scratched. There is a decent amount of acidity here and a host of complex, honeyed flavors. This will pair well with cheese, Sichuan, or Indian food as well as dessert and should outlive me with that massive dose of sugar.
