Saturday, October 25, 2008 - Secondary fermentation. Woo hoo! Fizzy, alcoholic Riesling with a bizarre lemonade quality. Vile. The only saving grace (if one could call it that) was the fact that despite my protestations, my wife actually found this drinkable, so only 2/3 of the bottle went down the drain.
