Saturday, January 23, 2021 - Deep purple color, some rim variation. A little bit of brightness, almost apple-like on the nose, grapes, red fruits, fresh tobacco on the palate. Medium+ tannins, medium+ acidity. Could definitely have left it in the cellar awhile longer, but it was worth opening.
