Stood up very well to Tri-Tip with Santa Maria spices and a sapuicy red sauce. Let interesting as a sippin' wine, though; less-layered than an Arcadian Sleepy Hollow from '06 that won the head-to-head prior to the meal; during the meal, this was way ahead.
