Thursday, August 24, 2006 - Gold and somewhat cloudy appearance. Georgeous nose of honey, bees wax with some poppy seed notes. The palate has an oily texture, medium weight and just the right amount of supporting acidity. Very mineral driven with light white fruit and honey notes. Long, long finish. A beautiful one very much in harmony with itself.
