Tuesday, August 14, 2018 - Ok- Now this is pure class in a bottle. 2015 is so generous, it almost makes you think that some of these Chablis wines could be more in the direction of Puligny. The wine has a beautiful structure, great weight to it, a fantastic balance between alcohol and acidity, a slight creaminess to it, perhaps creaminess is the wrong word, but it has some extra puppy fat which will blow off, but really incredible citrusy notes, this wine for the price is exceptional.
