Friday, April 12, 2024 - Dusty yellow. Sharp buttery, somewhat rich with hints of popcorn and perfume. Intense and balanced palate with a very pronounced acidity, retained fruit but with light tertiary notes and a liquorice or fennel undertone through a lengthy finish. Has definitely improved and is wonderful now while it can be saved for further aging.
