Sunday, January 16, 2022 - Label says wine is 2010, disgorged in 2017. A bit rough on opening but these wines always need significant air. Lovely red fruits and perfect balance, quiet but great energy and persistence. Was best three hours open when the nose was a basket of wild strawberries with cream. There’s no chalk or salt here, it’s a different and to me, very quiet minerality.
