I had this wine again on 10-7-09. It is starting to open up with an intense aroma of tart cherries and berries on the nose. The taste is very concentrated with flavors of blackberries, cherries and kirsch. There is some mushroom and a hint of truffle. All in all it is coming right along and should be revisited in another two to three years.
